Payment is required at the time of registration for all guests and non members.
Members may choose to pay in advance or
may opt to receive an invoice by mail or email.
Notices of cancellation and/or planned non attendance
must be received within 2 business days of the event.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without advance notice.
